Responsibilities
- ● Undertake the O'Brien Cert III in Automotive Glazing through our Auto Technician Skills Development Program
- ● Learn to repair and replace automotive glass to Australian standards
- ● Perform ADAS windscreen re calibrations
- ● Carry out glass chip repairs
- ● Deliver exceptional customer service in a professional and timely manner
- ● Represent the O'Brien brand with pride and reliability
Requirements
- ● Manual driver's licence (highly regarded)
- ● Mechanical aptitude and confidence using hand tools
- ● Strong work ethic and desire for a long-term career
- ● Comfortable engaging with customers and promoting company products
- ● Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
- ● Strong organisational and time management skills
- ● Ability to stay focused and deliver results under pressure
- ● Commitment to personal growth and development
