Part-Time E-Commerce Assistant - Vintage & Luxury

Responsibilities

• ● Located in the heart of Chinatown, The Née Vintage Store is a curated vintage and pre-owned luxury fashion store specialising in designer bags, accessories and clothing.
• ● We're looking for a detail-oriented, organised and fashion-minded individual to join our team and assist with the day-to-day management of our website and online store.
• ● If you're interested in fashion, enjoy working with products and have a good eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you.
• ● Create and manage product listings across our website and online sales platforms
• ● Input and update product information, including descriptions, measurements, pricing and condition
• ● Categorise and tag products accurately
• ● Check listings for accuracy and ensure they follow our website formatting and guidelines
• ● Assist with updating product availability and inventory records
• ● Assist with organising and preparing products for photography and listing
• ● Assist with general website housekeeping and data entry
• ● Support the team with other day-to-day e-commerce and administrative tasks when needed
• ● Detail-oriented and highly organised
• ● Genuine interest in fashion, vintage and luxury goods
• ● Comfortable working with computers and online platforms
• ● Able to follow instructions and existing guidelines carefully
• ● Able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
• ● Good written and communication skills
• ● Fluent in English
• ● E-commerce, website, administrative or fashion experience is an advantage, but not essential
