Responsibilities

  • ● Deliver high-quality teaching and learning for postgraduate programmes in Educational Psychology and related disciplines.
  • ● Supervise Master's and PhD students, providing academic guidance throughout their research journey.
  • ● Conduct high-impact research and publish in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
  • ● Secure research grants and contribute to research, consultancy, and scholarly activities.
  • ● Provide academic mentoring and support to postgraduate students.
  • ● Contribute to curriculum development, programme review, accreditation, and quality assurance initiatives.
  • ● Participate in faculty committees, academic administration, and community or industry engagement activities.
  • ● Foster collaborations with academic, professional, and industry partners to enhance research and postgraduate education.
  • ● PhD in Educational Psychology, Education, or a closely related discipline.
  • ● Demonstrated experience in supervising Master's and/or PhD students to successful completion.
  • ● Strong research track record with publications in reputable indexed journals.
  • ● Evidence of securing research funding or involvement in funded research projects is an advantage.
  • ● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • ● Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary academic environment.
  • ● Professional membership with relevant academic or psychological associations will be an added advantage.
