Responsibilities

  • ● Manage daily warehouse operations and supervise warehouse staff.
  • ● Plan and coordinate receiving, storage, picking, packing and delivery activities.
  • ● Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
  • ● Maintain a safe, clean and organised warehouse environment.
  • ● Coordinate with suppliers, customers and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • ● Monitor staff performance and provide guidance and training when required.
  • ● Ensure all warehouse procedures comply with company policies and safety requirements.
  • ● Identify operational issues and implement improvements to increase efficiency.

Requirements

  • ● Relevant experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
  • ● Good leadership, communication and organisational skills.
  • ● Able to work independently and manage a team effectively.
  • ● Good knowledge of inventory control and warehouse procedures.
  • ● Responsible, reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • ● Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems will be an advantage.
