Reporting to the Regional QESH Manager, this role will play a key part in developing, implementing, maintaining and continuously improving the QESH management system across the operation. This is a great opportunity to make a real impact by championing health, safety, quality and environmental standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You'll work closely with site leadership, operational teams, contractors and employees to promote a proactive safety culture, ensure compliance and support continuous improvement. Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, preferably a technical field, combined with strong analytical skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of QESH management systems, ISO standards or other site-specific standards, supported by relevant certifications or training
  • Broad experience in Health, Safety and Environmental management
  • Minimum of 5 years' professional experience within a complex, multi-dimensional organisation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong proficiency in both Dutch and English
  • A self-driven, resilient and proactive approach, with high standards of quality, integrity and professional judgement
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence engagement and change
