Why this role matters Exciting opportunity - Join us as a QESH Specialist new site opening soon We are recruiting for a Quality, Environmental, Safety and Health Specialist (QESH) to join our team supporting the in the Amsterdam Region, Oude Meer. Reporting to the Regional QESH Manager, this role will play a key part in developing, implementing, maintaining and continuously improving the QESH management system across the operation. This is a great opportunity to make a real impact by championing health, safety, quality and environmental standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You'll work closely with site leadership, operational teams, contractors and employees to promote a proactive safety culture, ensure compliance and support continuous improvement. Requirements
- ● A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, preferably a technical field, combined with strong analytical skills
- ● Demonstrated knowledge of QESH management systems, ISO standards or other site-specific standards, supported by relevant certifications or training
- ● Broad experience in Health, Safety and Environmental management
- ● Minimum of 5 years' professional experience within a complex, multi-dimensional organisation
- ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- ● Strong proficiency in both Dutch and English
- ● A self-driven, resilient and proactive approach, with high standards of quality, integrity and professional judgement
- ● Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence engagement and change
