About the Company

At Aihome, we operate a fast-moving, high-volume smart home retail and distribution business.

Responsibilities

  • ● Handle a full set of accounts, hunt down discrepancies, and ensure our financial engine runs without a single glitch.
  • ● Take the raw data from the retail outlets and suppliers, process it accurately, and build the flawless full set of accounts.
  • ● Own the Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
  • ● Ensure every single transaction is recorded, categorized, and balanced perfectly.
  • ● Work aggressively to close the accounts, reconcile the bank statements, and prepare the trial balance within the first few days of the new month.
  • ● Monitor the bank daily.
  • ● Process payment vouchers accurately, ensuring we pay suppliers on time to maintain relationships, while aggressively chasing any outstanding B2B payments owed to us.
  • ● Ensure all documentation is perfectly organized for SST submission and yearly audits.

Requirements

  • ● 2 to 3 years of solid experience handling a Full Set of Accounts.
  • ● Zero-defect mentality: hate untidy ledgers and will hunt down discrepancies until balance is achieved.
  • ● Highly proficient in modern accounting software (e.g., AutoCount, SQL Account, Xero).
  • ● Advanced in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • ● Fluent in English and Malay.
  • ● Mandarin is a strong advantage for communicating with tech suppliers.
