Responsibilities

- ● Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce the company's immigration, visa, and business setup services.
- ● Connect with leads received through social media platforms, websites, online advertisements, and other marketing channels.
- ● Identify customer needs and provide relevant information about available services and consultation options.
- ● Follow up with potential clients to generate qualified leads and convert inquiries into appointments.
- ● Explain service procedures, consultation packages, and general application processes to prospective customers.
- ● Arrange appointments with immigration consultants and business development executives.
- ● Maintain regular follow-ups with clients regarding inquiries, appointments, and required documentation.
- ● Update customer details, call outcomes, and lead progress in the CRM system.
- ● Meet daily calling KPIs and monthly appointment-setting or sales targets.
- ● Coordinate with the sales and consultancy teams to ensure effective lead management.
- ● Handle customer queries professionally and refer technical immigration questions to the relevant consultants.
- ● Engage with prospects through phone calls and WhatsApp messages.
- ● Prepare daily activity reports and submit performance updates to the reporting manager.
- ● Maintain professional communication, customer relationships, and confidentiality.
- ● Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

- ● Female candidates only.
- ● Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or lead generation is preferred.
- ● Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
