Understand customer needs and recommend suitable domestic helpers. Match employers with helper profiles and manage the sales process. Arrange and coordinate interviews between employers and helpers. Provide after-sales support and maintain customer relationships. Training provided. Sales-driven role with performance targets.

Requirements

  • ● Basic computer proficiency.
  • ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • ● Customer-focused with good service attitude.
  • ● Strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
  • ● Patient and compassionate towards helpers.
  • ● Willing to work on weekends
  • ● Candidates with or without CEI Basic/KAH certification may apply.
  • ● Relevant experience is an advantage.
