Storekeeper

Responsibilities

• ● We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage daily stock inventory and maintain warehouse operations. In this role, you will be responsible for stock movement, accurate system entries, document processing, and providing operational support to the supervisor.
• ● Documentation: Print, organize, and file daily operational documents (e.g., delivery orders, pick lists, purchase orders, and receiving notes).
• ● System Updates: Update and maintain accurate stock records, inward/outward goods, and inventory logs in the system/database in a timely manner.
• ● Supervisor Support: Assist the supervisor with assigned daily tasks, stock takes, layout adjustments, and general warehouse activities.
• ● Stock & Inventory Handling: Receive, inspect, label, and arrange incoming goods into designated storage areas.
• ● Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare items for dispatch according to delivery orders.
• ● Housekeeping: Keep the store and work areas clean, orderly, and safe.
• ● Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with basic computer usage, system data entry, and printing processes.
• ● Key Traits: Good attention to detail, punctual, reliable, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• ● Physical Fitness: Capable of handling manual stock arrangement and physical store duties.
• ● Language Requirement: Fluency in Mandarin is required to communicate with key Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• ● Must be able to work at Pandamaran (postcode: 42000)
• ● Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
