Responsibilities

• ● Job Responsibilities:
• ● Delivery of Auto Spare Parts: Deliver auto spare parts, accessories, and other items to customers, garages, workshops, and company branches accurately and on time.
• ● Order Verification: Check the items, quantities, part numbers, and delivery documents against the invoice or delivery note before dispatch.
• ● Knowledge of Auto Spare Parts: Develop basic knowledge of automotive spare parts, including part names, vehicle models, and part numbers, to ensure accurate deliveries.
• ● Collection and Handling of Payments: Collect cash or other authorized payments from customers, issue or obtain the necessary receipts, and submit all collected amounts to the Cashier or Accountant with proper documentation.
• ● Cash Reconciliation: Maintain accurate records of cash received, payments made, delivery expenses, and cash handed over to the company. Report any shortages or discrepancies immediately.
• ● Customer Service: Communicate politely and professionally with customers and obtain signatures or other proof of delivery as required.
• ● Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain the assigned delivery vehicle in clean and safe condition. Check fuel, tyres, lights, brakes, and other essential items, and report any defects or maintenance requirements.
• ● Delivery Documentation: Collect customer signatures, stamps, receipts, and other required documents and return them to the responsible department.
• ● Daily Delivery Updates: Update the designated company group chat or delivery supervisor regarding delivery progress, completed orders, pending deliveries, delays, and any issues encountered.
• ● Safe Handling of Goods: Ensure spare parts are properly handled, secured, and protected from damage or loss during transportation.
• ● Route and Time Management: Follow the assigned delivery schedule and routes efficiently, prioritizing urgent deliveries as instructed by management.
• ● Company Property and Policies: Safeguard company goods, documents, cash, keys, and other assigned assets. Follow company rules, traffic regulations, and safety procedures.
• ● Additional Duties: Assist with loading, unloading, organizing deliveries, and other reasonable duties related to delivery and logistics as assigned by management.
• ● Job Requirements:
• ● Valid UAE driving license appropriate for the assigned vehicle.
• ● Good knowledge of UAE roads and locations.
• ● Basic knowledge of auto spare parts and vehicle models is preferred.
• ● Ability to handle cash, invoices, delivery notes, and payment records accurately.
• ● Good communication and customer service skills.
