Responsibilities

• ● Supervise sport, game, and animation activities.
• ● Assist with preparation and execution of activities and entertainment.
• ● Coordinate, plan, and distribute daily tasks within the animation team.
• ● Support colleagues and act as first point of contact for staff and guests.
• ● Ensure quality, safety, and guest experience during activities.
• ● Identify and resolve practical or operational issues, escalating to management when necessary.
• ● Perform administrative tasks and handle cash/payment operations.
• ● Ensure materials, spaces, and activities are well prepared.
• ● Support the team operationally and actively participate when needed.

Requirements

• ● MBO level of work and thinking, and preferably 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
• ● Have experience in recreation, animation, sports, entertainment, or a similar environment.
• ● Speak Dutch and English; knowledge of German is a plus.
• ● Be flexibly available, including weekends, holidays, and public holidays.

• ● Full-time contract (38 hours per week) according to the Recreation collective labor agreement.
• ● Salary between 2,639 and 3,215 gross per month.
