We are in an exciting phase of international expansion and are looking for a driven professional to join our sales team. Role Overview A Van Salesman is responsible for selling and delivering products directly to customers using a company vehicle. The role combines sales, delivery, customer service, and stock management to ensure products reach customers on time while achieving sales targets. Key skills required: Ability to sell products and achieve sales targets Negotiation and persuasion skills Ability to promote new products and offers Upselling and cross-selling techniques Good verbal communication with customers Ability to explain product features and prices clearly Fluent in english 2-3 years experenice

Responsibilities

  • ● Visit assigned retail shops, supermarkets, and customers on a daily route.
  • ● Introduce new products, discounts, and promotions to customers.
  • ● Deliver products safely and on time according to customer orders.
  • ● Ensure the correct quantity and product type are delivered.
  • ● Issue invoices, receipts, or delivery notes.
  • ● Submit daily sales collections and reports to the supervisor or accounts department.
  • ● Load products from the warehouse into the van before starting the route.
  • ● Monitor stock levels in the van during sales trips.
  • ● Return unsold or damaged products to the warehouse.
  • ● Keep the delivery van clean and in good condition.
  • ● Check fuel, tires, oil, and general vehicle condition regularly.
  • ● Follow traffic laws and company safety policies.
  • ● Maintain daily sales reports and delivery records.
  • ● Report market feedback, stock shortages, and customer issues to the supervisor.
