About the Role
Responsible for preparing and serving beverages, taking orders, handling payments, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the café.
Responsibilities
- ● Preparing a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
- ● Greeting customers, taking orders accurately, and serving beverages and food items promptly.
- ● Providing friendly and efficient customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving any issues or complaints.
- ● Keeping the coffee bar, dining area, and equipment clean and organized, including washing dishes, wiping counters, and restocking supplies.
Requirements
- ● Food service experience is preferred, with at least 1 year of experience.
