• ● Here is what a typical day looks like
• ● Coach and mentor your team with the guidance and support of your manager
• ● Review client data entries, invoicing and coverage selection for compliance
• ● Process changes to insurance policies and endorsements, while ensuring your teams client activities are dealt with effectively
• ● Conduct sales calls and up-sell products to new and existing clients to contribute to the growth of the business
• ● Remain up to date on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance providers
• ● Continue self-development through industry and community involvement, training and other courses
• ● The value you bring
• ● General Insurance Level 2 License required
• ● History of modeling best practices when implementing initiatives
• ● Strong time-management and training skills in a deadline driven environment
• ● Involvement in industry related associations and your community
• ● Professional communication etiquette, both written and verbal
