Development and design seasonal menus that balance creativity and practicality and deliver high quality impressive options Managing food costs through effective menu engineering, stock & waste management Collaborate with local and trusted suppliers to source the finest ingredients Continue to grow you team through ongoing coaching and development Maintain a positive and supportive work culture within your team, and with other hotel departments Effectively manage the kitchen rostering and labour costs

Requirements
