HR - FOREIGN WORKER DEPARTMENT

JOB RESPONSIBILITY BASED ON DIVISION<br><br>2x FOREIGN WORKER DIVISION :<br><br>To prepare foreign worker documentation such as offer letter, contract extension, deduction, exit documentation, salary increment letters, memos for any announcement from Management, and other Foreign Worker-related letters.<br><br>Handling all matter to the process of foreign worker such as application of Calling VDR, FOMEMA, Renew PLKS LEVI, Insurances and Permit renewal and all related documents.<br><br>To update and maintain database, documentation and ensure proper filing on all foreign worker-related files.<br><br>Handling all employee inquiries, grievances and dispute settlements according to labor law and government compliance<br><br>Liaise with government authorities (Labour Department, Immigration, MOHR, MOHA, NOF, FWCMS, MYEG)<br><br>To prepare the document for related Government agencies for the approval, arrangement for payment, FOMEMA, insurance etc, pick up Foreign Worker at Airport and send it to respective Branch.<br><br>To assist in scheduling and preparation of FOMEMA for foreign worker.<br><br>To assist in Foreign Workers clearance and exit at KLIA.<br><br>Others administrative related functions as when assigned from time to time.<br><br>Job Requirements:<br><br>Minimum 3 year experiences in Human Resource field.<br><br>Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent.<br><br>Experience in handling payrol over 500 staff job scope is a plus for Payroll Division.<br><br>Experience in handling foreign worker job scope is a plus for Foreign Worker Division.<br><br>Experience in handling recruitment job scope is a plus for Recruitment Division.<br><br>HR Generalist are welcome to apply for any division.<br><br>Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.<br><br>Benefits:<br><br>1.
