Responsibilities

  • ● Generate accurate 3D model using BIM software to come out with architecture drawings and design information.
  • ● Liaise with architect, engineers and other project stakeholders for the information updates.
  • ● Update all information on design by ensuring and verifying with accuracy followings industry standards.
  • ● Resolve clashes between subtrades and building systems and troubleshoot problems between the clashes of work progress.
  • ● Produce 2D construction drawings schedules from the model, including plan, elevated 2D design, sections and details of the drawings.
  • ● Liaise with project team and other support staff to complete the projects within timeline and budget.
  • ● Keep updated with the latest version of BIM and ensure all the archiving are backed up on weekly cycles.
  • ● Oversee and keep track project updates throughout the entire construction lifecycles.
  • ● Liaise with procurement and project planning to ensure work progress smoothly.
  • ● Meet project timelines and schedules for completions.
  • ● Lead and guide junior staff for various BIM modules specified by projects.

Requirements

  • ● Cert/Diploma or Any Related Discipline.
  • ● Some experience in Architectural /Main Building Works.
  • ● Can start immediately.
  • ● Possess own transport.
  • ● Based at Kepong/ Site Office.
