We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and values-driven Disability Support Workers to join our growing team on the CENTRAL COAST, NSW About the Role

Responsibilities

  • ● in the community across the Central Coast, NSW. Please note, this role is based on the Central Coast and is not a Supported Independent Living (SIL) position. The role involves community and in-home supports, helping participants build independence, confidence, and quality of life.
  • ● Personal care and daily living support
  • ● Community access and social participation
  • ● Transport to appointments and activities
  • ● Meal preparation and household tasks
  • ● Life skills development
  • ● Medication assistance (where trained)
  • ● Supporting participants with complex needs and behaviours
  • ● Cert III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, Community Services, Mental Health or similar
  • ● Minimum 6 months experience in disability, aged care, SIL, or community care
  • ● Current Driver's Licence and reliable insured vehicle
  • ● NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • ● Working With Children Check
  • ● First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • ● Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting people
