Responsibilities

  • ● Senior Legal Executive (Manufacturing/Commercial)
  • ● Job Descriptions:
  • ● Draft, review and negotiate various type of commercial agreements, including service agreements, non-disclosure agreements, memorandum of understanding, joint venture agreements, employment agreements, etc.
  • ● Manage overall employee relations and employment-related legal matters, ensuring compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.
  • ● Provide legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on corporate, commercial, and operational matters.
  • ● Handle business contract-related matters, including reviewing commercial agreements and ensuring alignment with legal and company policy requirements.
  • ● Assist in the preparation, drafting, and review of legal documents, content, and internal prompts.
  • ● Develop and maintain clear legal documentation, processes, and internal guidelines for content creation and legal review workflows.
  • ● Conduct legal research and analysis to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
  • ● Monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal governance policies.
  • ● Identify potential legal risks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement preventive and corrective measures.
  • ● Regularly review and monitor the implementation of legal standards to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • ● Support internal audits, compliance reviews, and risk management initiatives as required.
  • ● To be successful in this role:
  • ● Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification is mandatory.
  • ● At least 3 to 4 years and above of experience in handling corporate/commercial legal matters in the manufacturing industry.
  • ● Candidates with experience in transactional law, contract drafting, corporate or commercial matters, or in-house legal roles are highly encouraged to apply.
  • ● Fresh graduates with relevant legal internship or practical legal experience are welcome to apply.
