We are seeking a Safety Advisor to be based in Bundaberg, supporting our manufacturing operations and installation activities through a visible, handson approach to workplace safety. As Safety Advisor, you will support the implementation and ongoing improvement of WHS practices across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

  • ● Providing practical WHS advice across manufacturing and installation environments
  • ● Conducting site inspections, risk assessments and hazard identification
  • ● Assisting with incident investigations and corrective actions
  • ● Coordinating and delivering safety training and toolbox talks
  • ● Supporting rehabilitation and returntowork processes
  • ● Maintaining WHS documentation, reporting and records
  • ● Analysing safety data and assisting with audits and performance reporting
  • ● Building strong relationships through a visible, onsite presence

Requirements

  • ● You will bring:
  • ● Proven WHS experience, ideally in manufacturing or construction environments
  • ● A practical, solutionsfocused mindset
  • ● Strong communication and influencing skills
  • ● Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities
  • ● Confidence working autonomously with operational teams
  • ● Certificate IV (or higher) in WHS
  • ● Current driver's licence and willingness to travel
  • ● High level of computer literacy
