Responsibilities

  • ● Lead classes at various skill levels in both ski simulator and freestyle areas
  • ● Conduct daily classes, ensuring a safe and engaging experience for participants
  • ● Assist customers with rental equipment fitting and recommendations
  • ● Manage rental equipment, including maintenance and inventory control
  • ● Check-in guests and provide excellent customer service
  • ● Operate and perform regular checks on machines and equipment to maintain safety standards

Requirements

  • ● Hold certification from a recognised certification body as a snowboarding or skiing instructor. (i.e. NZSIA, SBINZ, CASI, BASI and others)
  • ● Serious snowboarder or skiier with a strong background in the sport
  • ● Comfortable performing intermediate maneuvers such as varied turn shapes, carves and basic freestylee tricks
  • ● Technically sound, with potential for further experience and training
  • ● Some prior teaching experience as an instructor, delivering lessons to students
  • ● Work Arrangement & Remuneration
  • ● Full Time and Part Time basis
  • ● CPF contributions
  • ● Flexible monthly schedule, with min. 15 hours of shifts a week
