Responsibilities

  • ● Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
  • ● Translate business and technical requirements into ServiceNow solutions.
  • ● Develop and customise workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, catalog items, and integrations.
  • ● Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process automation and service improvement.
  • ● Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs and integration tools.
  • ● Perform troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • ● Maintain system documentation and ensure solutions comply with security and development standards.
