About the Company
Your Role We're looking for an experienced Change Manager (Workforce & Organisation (W&O)) to join our team, supporting largescale, business, technology enabled transformation programs, helping organisations embrace AI and modern productivity tooling. In this role, you'll lead and deliver work across organisational change management, communications, business readiness, workforce transition and operating model uplift, helping clients navigate complex technology programs and realise the intended people and organisational outcomes. You'll work closely with senior client stakeholders, delivery partners and technical teams, bringing a strong people-centred and execution focused lens to major programs of work. In this role you will play a key role in: Lead and deliver change management, communications and business readiness activities for large, complex technology programs (e.g. ERP, data & AI, digital, platform modernisation) Translate technology and architectural change into clear impacts on roles, skills, behaviours and ways of working Design and deliver change and adoption strategies, including leadership alignment, stakeholder engagement and transition to BAU Conduct change impact assessments, readiness assessments and workforce impact analysis to inform delivery planning Support organisational design and workforce transition activities where technology drives material shifts in operating models Partner with delivery, data, architecture and security teams to ensure people
