Job Description - Female Sales Officer Location: Dubai, UAE Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English Job Responsibilities Promote and sell typing centre, PRO, visa, Golden Visa, and company formation services. Generate new leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, social media, and client visits. Handle Arabic-speaking and English-speaking customer enquiries professionally. Explain service packages, requirements, fees, and procedures to clients. Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and convert enquiries into sales. Promote mainland and free zone company formation, trade licence renewals, and corporate services. Coordinate with operations and accounts teams regarding applications, payments, and client updates. Maintain customer records, update CRM, and submit daily sales reports. Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

  • ● Fluent in spoken Arabic and English.
  • ● Previous experience in sales, typing centre, PRO services, or UAE business setup is preferred.
  • ● Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • ● Basic computer knowledge and ability to manage multiple enquiries.
