• ● Deliver friendly and welcoming service to all guests
• ● Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• ● Provide product knowledge and menu recommendations
• ● Handle customer enquiries professionally
• ● Ensure guests have a positive dining experience
• ● Food Preparation & Cooking
• ● Prepare menu items according to Schnitz recipes and procedures
• ● Operate kitchen equipment including fryers and grills safely
• ● Follow correct cooking times and product handling procedures
• ● Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation
• ● Assist in preparing fresh ingredients during shift preparation
• ● Food Safety & Hygiene
• ● Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• ● Ensure correct handling of raw and cooked products
• ● Maintain clean workstations and kitchen areas
• ● Complete temperature checks and food safety procedures where required
• ● Work collaboratively with team members during busy service periods
