Jamie Fitness was built so you can just coach. You turn up and the diary is full and confirmed. Reminders and follow ups are already sent. Requirements

  • ● First Aid, CPR and a WWCC sorted
  • ● Cert III and IV in Fitness, or finishing soon
  • ● Ready to build something that actually lasts
  • ● A strength first approach for normal, everyday clients
