You will be their trusted guide, resource, and biggest supporter as they explore a lineup known for bold design, innovative technology, and confidence-inspiring performance. • ● This is a commission-based role; high-performing Sales Representatives have the opportunity to earn 100,000+ annually.
• ● Up to your first year, to support your development, Steele Auto Group guarantees a minimum income of 682.69 weekly, unless commissions exceed that amount.

• ● Passion for the Automotive Industry - You love cars and helping people find the perfect one.
• ● Sales & Customer Service Experience - At least 1 year in a similar role.

• ● Strong Communicator - Whether in person, over the phone, or through video, you connect effortlessly with clients.
• ● Highly Organized & Self-Motivated - You thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay ahead of the game.

• ● Valid Driver's License - A must-have for test drives and vehicle deliveries.
