Customer Service Executive (Junior)

Key Responsibilities 1. Customer Service Handle customer enquiries through all communication channels. (WhatsApp, Email, Website, Social Media). Respond to customers professionally and provide accurate information. Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, orders and other requests. Maintain good relationships with existing customers. Escalate customer issues or complaints to the relevant person when necessary. 2. Sales & Order Administration Receive and process customer purchase orders and sales orders. Prepare quotations, sales documents and other customer-related documentation. Check order details such as product, quantity, pricing, delivery requirements and customer information. Monitor order status and update customers accordingly. Coordinate with Sales, Production, Warehouse, QA/QC, Finance and other departments to ensure orders are processed smoothly. Follow up on delivery arrangements and outstanding orders. 3. Documentation & Record Keeping Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, quotations, orders and related documents. Update customer and order information in the company's system or records. Prepare simple reports, summaries and follow-up lists when required. Ensure documents are properly filed and updated. 4. General Support Assist the Sales team with daily administrative and coordination matters. Follow up on pending tasks, customer requests and internal matters. Assist with other duties
