Responsibilities
- ● Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
- ● Provide product information and assist with sales transactions, utilizing upselling techniques to promote additional services or products.
- ● Accurately handle cash transactions and maintain financial accountability.
- ● Collaborate closely with our mechanics to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- ● Maintain a clean and organized work environment that reflects our commitment to quality and professionalism.
- ● Place orders for parts via phone and online platforms.
- ● Utilize strong computer skills to perform critical tasks efficiently.
- ● Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and scheduling service appointments as needed.
Requirements
- ● Previous customer service experience, preferably within a dealership or automotive repair environment.
- ● Familiarity with automotive parts is highly advantageous.
- ● Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with technology tools.
- ● Solid cash handling skills with a keen eye for accuracy.
- ● Mechanical knowledge or a strong interest in automotive repairs is a plus.
- ● Proven ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with diverse customers.
- ● Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- ● Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer needs.
- ● Ability to handle high volumes of phone calls and multitask effectively.
