Job Description Job Purpose Manage the overall security of the company

Responsibilities

  • ● Coordinate and manage security operations and safety activities to comply with regulatory and company standards
  • ● Implement and enforce effective security measures and procedures
  • ● Identify gaps in security operations and recommend improvements
  • ● Mitigate risks and threats to personnel, assets, and information
  • ● Review and escalate workorders to the Facility Department for maintenance or repair
  • ● Respond to onsite security issues, monitor resolution, and review misconduct reports for escalation
  • ● Supervise recruitment, selection, and governance of security personnel, including background checks
  • ● Develop and conduct training and induction programs for all security personnel
  • ● Conduct security audits to ensure compliance with laws and social regulations
  • ● Maintain proper documentation of forms, reports, checklists, and other security records

Requirements

  • ● Bachelor Degree or equivalent in any discipline
  • ● Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
  • ● Capable of proposing, implementing, and enforcing security procedures
  • ● Involved in recruitment, selection, training, development, motivation, and
  • ● discipline of security guards
  • ● Proactively identify and implement improvements to overall security operations
  • ● Effectively coordinate and liaise with Security Companies
