About the Company
In this position you will.... As an Organisational Development Lead, you will lead and deliver enterprise-wide OD initiatives that strengthen organisational effectiveness, accelerate transformation, and improve how work gets done across our markets. Operating with a consulting and strategic advisory mindset, you will diagnose root causes, shape priorities with senior leaders, and design fit-for-purpose interventions that deliver measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- ● ring closely with the OD team, People Directors, Group Transformation team and senior executive stakeholders to shape ways of working, develop leadership practices and new skills. You will translate strategy into pragmatic programs, training, toolkits, and change plans, and provide clear, data-led recommendations that enable alignment and decision-making at the enterprise level.
- ● You will be responsible for
- ● Bringing a strong understanding of the digital and AI space and the ability to provide thought leadership in this space
- ● Leading AI transformation work streams focused on cultural, leadership, skills and job alignment with the ability to design practical interventions that stick.
- ● Leading OD diagnostics (e.g., interviews, workshops, data analysis) to identify organisational, cultural, and capability opportunities and to frame clear problem statements for senior stakeholders.
- ● Designing and delivering OD interventions including organisation design, ways of working, training, process redesign, leadership effectiveness, and team performance-ensuring interventions are scalable across markets.
- ● Facilitating cross-functional workshops (strategy-to-execution) with strong outcomes, alignment, and follow-through-engaging and influencing leaders up to senior executive level.
- ● Developing scalable OD assets (playbooks, templates, toolkits) and enabling People Partners to apply them consistently across markets.
- ● Measuring impact-defining success metrics, tracking adoption and effectiveness, and using insights to iterate interventions and demonstrate ROI.
