About the Role
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Service Sales Consultant to join our team at O'Brien Electrical & Plumbing Rowville. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling electrical services to residential and commercial clients, building strong relationships, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities
- ● Sales Services:
- ● Engage with new and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend tailored electrical solutions
- ● Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- ● Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
- ● Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
- ● Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing customers.
- ● Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving customer satisfaction and retention.
- ● Required Skills and Qualifications:
- ● Proven experience in sales or customer service, ideally within the electrical, real estate or trade services industry highly advantageous
- ● Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- ● Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet sales targets.
- ● A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for customer service.
- ● Valid driver's licenses
- ● A positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
