Requirements

  • ● nvironment with one or more modern programming languages and database querying languages.
  • ● Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools within the work environment (e.g., for coding, test creation, troubleshooting, or documentation) with demonstrated ability to critically evaluate, validate, and refine AI-generated outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
  • ● Understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity considerations, secure handling of inputs/outputs, and adherence to resiliency and security expectations; ability to guide peers on safe and effective usage within team practices.
  • ● Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills.
  • ● Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle
  • ● Solid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.
  • ● Exposure to effective operational patterns like SLOs, metrics, health checks, error budgets, distributed tracing, etc.
  • ● Exposure to Infrastructure as code tools such as Hashicorp Terraform.
  • ● Proficiency in building/managing large scale infrastructure deployments (E.g. routers, load balancers, cloud products, container systems, compute, storage and networks)
  • ● Exposure to Database and messaging technologies such as MySQL, Cassandra, Kafka, CockroachDB or Oracle.
