As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to help keep our manufacturing facilities safe, reliable and operating at their best. Why This Role Matters Our manufacturing operations rely on safe facilities, reliable equipment and well-planned maintenance. As our Facilities Maintenance Coordinator, you'll coordinate maintenance activities that support uninterrupted manufacturing in a highly regulated biotechnology environment. Working closely with Manufacturing, Quality and external contractors, you'll coordinate preventative maintenance, contractor activities, calibration, compliance and facility services that keep our site operating safely and efficiently. Responsibilities

  • You'll coordinate a broad range of facilities and maintenance activities, including:
  • Coordinating preventative and corrective maintenance across the site.
  • Planning maintenance schedules to minimise disruption to manufacturing.
  • Coordinating contractors and ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard.
  • Maintaining maintenance, calibration and compliance records that are always audit-ready.
  • Supporting equipment qualification and validation activities.
  • Monitoring facility systems, building services and site infrastructure.
  • Coordinating site security, key management and contractor access.
  • Participating in an on-call roster for emergency maintenance support.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve equipment reliability and maintenance processes.

Requirements

  • We're looking for someone who combines practical maintenance knowledge with excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • You'll ideally bring:
  • Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A current Australian Driver Licence.

  • This position is offered on a part-time basis (minimum three days per week).
