Responsibilities

  • ● Make cocktails and all beverages during service
  • ● Prepare component ingredients to assist with smoother service
  • ● Assist with inventory stock taking and ordering
  • ● Interact with guests and maintain high bartending and service standards
  • ● Uphold order, cleanliness and hygiene of bar

Requirements

  • ● Be at least 18 years old
  • ● Can commit for at least 6 months
  • ● Have a good attitude, be respectful and responsible
  • ● Be interested in serving or cocktail making
  • ● Be a student or non-student, all are welcome to apply
  • ● No qualifications are required
  • ● No experience is required, but a strong character and willingness to learn is a must
