About the Company

Responsibilities

• ● Respond promptly to incoming leads and inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• ● Explain clinic services, treatments, packages, and promotions clearly and professionally.
• ● Follow up with potential patients and maintain consistent communication to maximize appointment bookings.
• ● Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments and coordinate with the reception and sales teams.
• ● Understand clients' needs and guide them toward the appropriate consultation or service.
• ● Maintain accurate lead records and update the CRM system.
• ● Meet daily and monthly targets for response time, follow-ups, appointment bookings, and lead conversion.
• ● Deliver an outstanding patient experience while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.

Requirements

• ● Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• ● Excellent communication, listening, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• ● Previous experience in a call centre, customer service, telesales, or appointment booking.
• ● Strong follow-up skills and the ability to convert inquiries into appointments.
• ● Target-oriented, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• ● Professional telephone etiquette and a patient-focused attitude.
