Hiring: Business Development Associate (Commission-Based) | Pune / Remote<br><br>Ventex Creations is a creative digital studio in Pune. We build websites, run social media, design brands, and shoot photo/video for startups and businesses.<br><br>We're looking for someone to bring us new clients. What you'll do:<br><br>- Find startups and local businesses that need our services<br><br>- Reach out to them by call, email, LinkedIn, or WhatsApp<br><br>- Book meetings between the client and our founder<br><br>-Track your leads in a simple sheet<br><br>What you earn:<br><br>- 10% commission on every project you bring in (uncapped)<br><br>- 10% of retainer payments for the first 3 months<br><br>- Paid when the client pays us<br><br>You're a good fit if you:<br><br>- Are comfortable talking to strangers on calls and messages<br><br>- Write clear, polite messages<br><br>- Are self-driven and enjoy chasing leads<br><br>- Have sales, marketing, or outreach experience (not required if you're quick to learn)<br><br>Hours are flexible and this is part-time, so you can do it alongside studies or another job.<br><br>We'll start with a 1-month trial period.<br><br>To apply, send a short note on why you'd be good at this, along with your LinkedIn profile, to [email protected]<br><br>Shortlisted candidates will get a short trial task before we start.<br><br>Pay: ₹2,000.00 per week<br><br>Benefits:<br>* Flexible schedule<br>* Work from home<br><br>Work Location: Remote
