Team Leader - Operations

Responsibilities

• ● Operations Lead Work directly with the Founder
• ● Some people notice problems.
• ● Other people solve them before anyone else even sees them.

• ● We're a fast-growing Australian skincare company with a loyal customer base across Australia and internationally. We formulate and manufacture our products in-house, and we're building something special.
• ● As we've grown, we've reached the point where the founder shouldn't be the person organising every task, chasing every loose end and answering every operational question.
• ● That's where you come in.
• ● You'll become the operational heartbeat of our studio.
• ● Your job isn't just to supervise people.
• ● It's to create flow.
• ● You'll organise the daily workload, keep priorities moving, solve problems before they become problems, hold the team accountable and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
• ● You'll work closely with the founder, taking the operational load off her shoulders so she can focus on growing the business.
• ● If you're the kind of person who naturally walks into a room and immediately notices what needs doing, you'll probably love this role.

• ● Three days per week
• ● Approximately 9:00am - 2:00pm
• ● Based at our Nerang studio on the Gold Coast
