Responsibilities

  • ● Coach clients in personal training sessions.
  • ● Show up and coach clients with sessions already booked and confirmed by your assistant.
  • ● Turn trial clients into ongoing members with the help of a mentor.
  • ● Handle coaching duties while the company manages sales, marketing, admin, and lead generation.

Requirements

  • ● Certificate III+IV In Fitness or Equivalent is required.
  • ● First Aid, CPR and WWCC ready.
  • ● Be reliable, hungry, and coachable.
  • ● Ability to strength coach for everyday people, not just athletes.
  • ● Readiness to build something lasting.
  • ● Work authorisation in Australia is required.
