Responsibilities

  • ● Coach clients in personal training sessions
  • ● Use the client app for messaging, appointments, programming, health stats, and nutrition
  • ● Attend fortnightly team workshops to improve programming, sales, and coaching skills
  • ● Work with a personal training assistant who books sessions, sends reminders, handles follow-ups, and passes notes before each client
  • ● Participate in weekly one-on-one mentoring sessions with an experienced mentor
  • ● Close new clients onto ongoing packages with mentor support
  • ● Track clients, plan sessions, and follow structured systems

Requirements

  • ● Certificate III and IV in Fitness (or equivalent) or close to finishing
  • ● First Aid and CPR certification
  • ● Working With Children Check
  • ● Work authorisation in Australia
  • ● Consistent, coachable, and structured mindset
  • ● Keen to build a real, lasting career in fitness coaching
  • ● Experience or interest in strength coaching for everyday people
