About the Role

Assignment Title:PARTS LINQ SAP and SPC Assignment Description: ob Description: We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution (SD) Functional Consultant to join our dynamic international team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP S/4HANA SD solution in spare parts business, focusing on the full sales order management cycle, post-sales processes, pricing, billing, and customer service functionalities. This role involves deep functional expertise in SD and integration with other systems.

Responsibilities

  • ● Design and configure SAP S/4HANA SD solutions specifically for spare parts operations, including sales order processing, pricing, billing, returns and service parts management.
  • ● Support integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems
  • ● Align system configuration with logistics processes such as delivery scheduling, ATP (Available-to-Promise), and parts returns.
  • ● Develop functional specifications for custom developments and interfaces.
  • ● Conduct functional testing and support UAT and cutover activities.
  • ● Deliver training to end users and create relevant documentation.
  • ● Provide ongoing support and enhancement post go-live to improve process performance and user experience.

Requirements

  • ● Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • ● Minimum 10 years of SAP experience, with a strong focus on SD.
  • ● Good work experience in SAP S/4HANA. Participation in at least one implementation project in S4HANA in an automotive or aftermarket service environment.
  • ● Deep knowledge of spare parts logistics, service order processing, and reverse logistics.
  • ● Professional Skills:
  • ● Strong process orientation and analytical thinking.
  • ● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • ● Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
  • ● Ability to translate complex business requirements into system solutions.
  • ● Team player with experience working in cross-functional environments.
  • ● Familiarity with Agile project methodologies and SAP Activate.
