Retail / Bookstore Associate

* Handling cash collection and weekly sales report.<br>* Perform daily restocking and rearranging of items.<br>* Assisting customers for purchase, transaction and enquiries.<br>* Handling returns or refunds where eligible.<br>* Check & update availability of item stocks.<br>* Receive & register payment for parcel services from customers.<br>* Assist with Online Sales Operations<br>* Perform related ad-hoc duties as assigned.<br><br>*Skills and Qualifications*<br><br>* Applicant must have minimum an SPM in any field.<br>* Applicant should have at least 1 year of retailing/ customer service experience or similar, however, fresh graduate will also be considered.<br>* Applicant must have experience with using cashier and POS system.<br>* Applicant must be fluent in Bahasa Melayu, English & Mandarin to communicate effectively with various customers and vendors.<br><br>Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month<br><br>Benefits:<br>* Free parking<br>* Professional development<br><br>Work Location: In person
