Posting Start Date: 8/20/26 Purpose of the Job Aramex Sydney is looking for a Domestic Commercial Manager - Australia. In this role you will lead a team that supports the Franchise network by developing and executing sales strategies to grow their business and expand their customer base. You will work closely with the Regional Franchises, State Managers and Sales teams to build relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth from new and existing customers. Job Description Drive new business growth and growth of existing accounts across the network, including but not limited to growing network multi-branch opportunities and key multi-branch accounts, and large account sales in the Company-owned Regional Franchises. Support and drive large account growth in Independent Regional Franchises. Coach, train and develop Sales teams to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to sell effectively and achieve their targets. Work with the State Managers and Sales Teams to drive consistent execution of processes and procedures, and to drive high quality customer engagement and management in our Company-owned Regional Franchises. Create sales programmes for all Regional Franchisees by segment. Support the Regional Commercial Director with completing domestic tenders.
