Retail Assistant

Location:<br><br>Orchard Ion<br><br>What This Role Offers<br><br>Team-based monthly commission: Average $300 – $500 per month. Up to $700 – $800 during peak periods.<br><br>Variable Bonus<br><br>Medical benefits<br><br>10 days annual leave<br><br>Opportunity to gain exposure across nearby stores for added learning and cross-training<br><br>Working Hours<br><br>5-day work week, 44 hours per week.<br><br>Scheduled within 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM based on retail roster<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Engage customers on the shop floor and understand their needs before recommending suitable products<br><br>Provide professional service while supporting upselling and cross-selling efforts<br><br>Contribute towards store sales targets as part of the team<br><br>Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and display arrangement<br><br>Support cashiering duties when required<br><br>Maintain store presentation and assist with daily store operations<br><br>Requirements<br><br>Good communication and interpersonal skills<br><br>Positive attitude and willingness to learn<br><br>Customer-oriented and comfortable engaging with shoppers<br><br>Able to work retail shifts based on roster<br><br>Able to work 12 hours shift<br><br>Experience in retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles will be an advantage<br><br>Additional Information<br><br>You may be deployed to nearby stores from time to time for cross-training or to support operational needs<br><br>Only candidates with valid eligibility to work in Singapore will be considered.<br><br>Talents@WorkPte Ltd (21C0501)<br><br>Tan Jin Kai(R23115830)<br><br>Talents@Work is a recruitment consultancy that started from a passion to serve and dedication to prompt and quality service.
