Responsibilities

  • ● Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
  • ● Take customers' food and drink orders accurately.
  • ● Serve food and beverages quickly and professionally.
  • ● Explain menu items, recommend products, and promote special offers.
  • ● Process customer payments using the POS system and handle cash and card transactions.
  • ● Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and on time.
  • ● Check all takeaway and delivery orders to ensure no items are missing.
  • ● Keep the food truck's surrounding area clean, tidy, and organized.
  • ● Assist with packing takeaway and delivery orders when needed.
  • ● Monitor stock levels of packaging materials, napkins, and other service supplies.
  • ● Handle customer questions and complaints politely and professionally.
  • ● Follow food safety, hygiene, and company cleanliness standards.
  • ● Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and organizing the work area.
  • ● Maintain a clean uniform and professional appearance at all times.
  • ● Work closely with chefs and other team members during busy hours.
  • ● Perform additional duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • ● Previous experience as a waiter or cashier is preferred.
  • ● Good English communication skills.
  • ● Friendly, polite, and professional attitude.
  • ● Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • ● Basic knowledge of POS systems and payment handling.
  • ● Good teamwork, time management, and customer service skills.
  • ● Willingness to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
