Responsibilities

  • ● Meet-and-Greet guests and assist them in any way possible to make their visit a memorable one;
  • ● Perform static duties such as guiding guests to purchase tickets; to the entry turnstile and to boarding for their flights;
  • ● Ensure guests adhere to the safety requirements; be firm but polite;
  • ● Checking tickets at entry point before admission;
  • ● Coordinate the boarding of VIPs, Private Capsule guests , PSD guests, etc;
  • ● Ensure the security is maintained at restricted access points;
  • ● Crowd control: ensure proper queue system;
  • ● Rotating shift work is required;
  • ● Any other duties as assigned by superiors.

Requirements

  • ● N' Levels and above
  • ● Some customer service experience required
  • ● Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • ● Customer-oriented with a pleasant & outgoing disposition
