Responsibilities
- ● Implement and support Oracle OIG/OIM solutions.
- ● Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and identity lifecycle/JML.
- ● Configure RBAC, roles, entitlements, and approval workflows.
- ● Integrate OIG with Active Directory, LDAP, HRMS, databases, and enterprise applications.
- ● Develop/customize connectors, adapters, workflows, forms, and rules.
- ● Troubleshoot provisioning, integration, and access-related issues.
- ● Prepare technical documentation and work with business/security teams.
Requirements
- ● Hands-on experience with Oracle OIG/OIM.
- ● Strong IAM/IGA, provisioning, RBAC, and access-governance knowledge.
- ● Knowledge of Java, SQL, XML, REST/SOAP, WebLogic, and Oracle DB is an advantage.
- ● Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
