As our Healthcare Division continues to grow, we are seeking reliable, motivated, and professional cleaners to join our team across multiple locations nationwide. About the Role:

Responsibilities

  • ● facilities, ensuring safe, hygienic and well-presented environments while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
  • ● Perform detailed cleaning of resident, patient, and common areas
  • ● Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and clean glass and touchpoints
  • ● Collect and dispose of waste safely
  • ● Clean kitchens, food preparation areas, and specialist floor surfaces
  • ● Follow cleaning schedules, company procedures, and compliance requirements
  • ● Correctly use cleaning chemicals, equipment, PPE, and company technology
  • ● Respond to scheduled and ad-hoc cleaning requests
  • ● Contribute to a safe, positive, and professional workplace
  • ● Minimum 1 year of cleaning experience (healthcare or aged care preferred)
  • ● Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • ● Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or within a team
  • ● Good communication skills and customer-focused attitude
  • ● Valid Australian working rights
  • ● Driver's license
  • ● National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
