Customer and Sales Assistant (Bridal Studio), both weekends required

Our collections feature timeless designs, curated with care - and our studio team plays a key role in ensuring every appointment, fitting, and gown handover runs smoothly.<br><br>*Role Overview*<br><br>The Bridal Studio Assistant supports the daily running of the bridal studio, ensuring a seamless experience for every bride. This role combines client-facing responsibilities with backend operational tasks such as appointment coordination, gown fulfilment, and studio upkeep.<br><br>*Key Responsibilities*<br><br>Sales & Customer Experience<br><br>* Welcome and assist brides during their fitting appointments and gown viewings.<br>* Provide thoughtful recommendations and styling advice aligned with their preferences.<br>* Follow up with clients via WhatsApp, email, or phone on enquiries, quotations, and bookings.<br>* Ensure all clients feel supported and cared for from first contact to gown collection.<br><br>Operations & Fulfilment<br><br>* Coordinate appointment schedules and maintain booking systems.<br>* Manage gown check-ins, alterations, and handovers with accuracy and timeliness.<br>* Track gown inventory, cleaning, and logistics (rentals, returns, and deliveries).<br>* Prepare client documents, fitting notes, and payment records.<br><br>Studio Management and Events<br><br>* Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation of the studio.<br>* Support in event setup, photo shoots, or special campaigns when required.<br>* Monitor supplies and manage simple procurement or vendor coordination.<br><br>Requirements<br><br>* Prior experience in retail, fashion, events, or bridal industry preferred.<br>* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, service-oriented attitude.<br>* Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in managing tasks independently.<br>* Comfortable using digital tools (Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, scheduling systems).<br>* Available to work weekends (required) and occasional evenings for fittings or events.<br><br>*Why Join Us*<br><br>* Be part of a close-knit, creative team passionate about helping brides look and feel their best.<br>* Gain hands-on experience in both sales and operations within a growing bridal business.<br>* Beautiful and inspiring work environment with room to grow in responsibility and hours.<br><br>Job Type: Part-time<br><br>Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour<br><br>Benefits:<br>* Employee discount<br>* Flexible schedule<br>* Promotion to permanent employee<br><br>Work Location: In person
