Responsibilities
- ● Position: Scheduler & Recruitment Coordinator
- ● Scheduling & Customer Service
- ● Manage and adjust cleaner schedules using Launch27 and WhatsApp
- ● Coordinate bookings and ensure cleaners are assigned according to availability and job requirements
- ● Communicate with clients to confirm appointments, answer enquiries and provide good customer service
- ● Answer calls via JustCall
- ● Prepare and send cleaning quotes/estimates using the L27 system
- ● Follow up with clients on pending quotes, revisions and bookings
- ● Handle last-minute changes, cancellations and urgent scheduling matters
- ● Communicate job details, updates and changes to cleaners via WhatsApp
- ● Liaise with clients regarding timing, availability and special requirements
- ● Maintain accurate records of bookings, client preferences and cleaner assignments
- ● Recruitment
- ● Assist with the recruitment and sourcing of cleaners to support business growth
- ● Post job advertisements and source potential cleaner candidates through relevant channels
- ● Screen applicants and conduct initial phone/online interviews
- ● Assess candidates based on experience, availability, communication skills and suitability for cleaning assignments
